If you’re a Harry Potter fan and love cute little characters, then this is the tutorial for you! In this post, we’ll be showing you how to make your very own Harry Potter characters chibi with a Christmas tree Christmas ugly sweater. To get started, grab some supplies: -A Christmas tree
-An ugly Christmas sweater (one that doesn’t fit you)
-Paint or markers
-An old picture of yourself (optional) Next, cut out a frame for your photo using an old picture frame or even some cardboard. Cut out a piece of the ugly Christmas sweater that is bigger than the frame. You’ll need this later to cover your character’s head. Now it’s time to start painting! We recommend using black paint for this step because it will look best when finished.
Once everything is painted, let it dry for a few hours. Once it’s dry, it’s time to start making your little chibis! Start by cutting out each character using a ruler and scissors.
Make sure to keep the lines straight and even so that they can all be scaled down easily later on. Now it’s time to attach each character to the top of their costume using hot glue or superglue. Be sure to put glue on both sides of the fabric so that they won’t come off when you scale them down later on! Once they’re all attached, use another piece of the ugly Christmas sweater to cover their heads so they don’t glare
