Return and Refund Policy

ShopowlFashion is an POD company, our products are specially made according to a customer’s specifications. Returns or exchanges are not supported if the customer orders the wrong size, color, wrong address, etc. Our print service provider does not have the inventory to hold unwanted items.

Refund Policy

  • Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed after the exact date on which you received our products, we, unfortunately, can no longer offer you a refund or replacement. However, this 30-day term does not include the time needed for the return process, which may vary by location of sender
  • Due to inspection, cleaning, and repackaging as well as cancellation after shipment: a 50% restocking fee will be applied to all orders that are returned for a refund. The fee will be applied to the original orders, which means that you will be refunded 50% of your order total
  • Orders exchanged or items returned/exchanged due to Manufacturer’s Defect/Shipping Damage will not incur this restocking fee.
  • Once an order has been sent to production, you can no longer edit any details or cancel the order. If the shipment details are incorrect or the customer ordered the wrong size or color, we are not responsible and will not offer replacement or refund. Therefore, please enter the correct order information and can only edit order information within 4 hours after placing a successful order.
  • You can’t cancel your order after 12 hours from placing and confirming your order because we sent your order to production.
  • We can offer a free replacement order, if there are any problems with the order, such as manufacturing errors, printing issues, and similar issues. Please contact us via email at [email protected] with all necessary information and proof of the image of the defective product within 7 days of receipt of goods.

Replacement – accepted under the following circumstances

  • For MANUFACTURERS DEFECTS we must be notified within 7 days after date of order delivery.
  • Product Lost in Transit: If the product does not arrive because it is lost in transit, then we will immediately reship the product for you. The only condition is that the customer must absolutely make sure his/her given address is correct
  • BELOW IS FEW REASONS YOU CAN’T RETURN YOUR ITEM OR CANCEL YOUR ORDER:
    + You have chosen a wrong size , wrong color and wrong type of t-shirt .
    + You can’t cancel your order if it was placed 12 hours ago
    + The image quality in t-shirt is considered good
  • Please contact us by email at [store_email] and our support team will help you arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible. A replacement will take time like normal orders (3 business days for processing and 10 – 20 days for delivery).

If your order has been over 12 hours we can’t help you cancel your order because your item was finished. But You can email us. If it still processing we will cancel for you. Please sympathize with us for this inconvenience. It is difficult to sell to someone who has not the right choice. Any excuse from us, we will make you another one. We always want to bring you the best products, the cheapest with the fastest delivery time. Hope to receiving your sympathy and support in the future.

We will do everything possible to remedy the situation and provide the most suitable solution for you, depending on whether the replacement or refund is eligible. If eligible, you will be responsible for paying your shipping costs to return your item to our Factory. You will be refunded if the items are returned within 30 days of purchase.
