Adam Sandler Reveals His Street Style Essentials in Latest Drip Check Video
Adam Sandler, the acclaimed actor, comedian, and unexpected style icon, has shared his fashion secrets in a fresh video set against the backdrop of New York City streets.
In a recent segment of “Mystery Fashionist,” Sandler, who introduces himself as “Adam from Brooklyn,” walks viewers through his signature look: a navy Fila windbreaker, playful blue shorts, and mismatched sneakers with his socks pulled up. He offers insight into his relaxed approach to fashion, emphasizing practicality over trends.
“Whatever is in the closet, I grab it,” Sandler explains. “I don’t put much thought into it. My family pokes fun at me, but I just keep going.”
He also highlights a few key wardrobe pieces he can’t live without. “Sometimes my wife gets me nice socks with my kids’ faces on them,” he says. “As long as sneakers fit and don’t hurt, it doesn’t matter if they’re dirty. These shorts are a bit shorter than usual.”
When asked about his choice of shorts, Sandler responds, “I don’t know what the hell they are.”
Sandler’s effortless, casual style has turned him into a viral street style icon, with fans on TikTok embracing his look through tags like “#AdamSandlerStyle” and “#AdamSandlerSummer.”
Reflecting on his viral status, Sandler mentioned on Jennifer Hudson’s talk show last year, “People talk to me a lot about it lately. I just throw on whatever’s in the suitcase. My kids are embarrassed by my outfits, and every day I apologize for my fashion choices.”
Sandler is now gearing up for the release of his Netflix comedy special, Adam Sandler: Love You, which drops Tuesday. This special marks a reunion with Uncut Gems co-director Josh Safdie in his comedy special directorial debut. Filmed at the Nocturne Theatre in Los Angeles, the special promises a mix of “songs, jokes, party-crashing dogs, and plenty of love,” according to the logline.
