How to knit the Wall-e Sweater
This is a knitting pattern for the Wall-e Sweater. This sweater is modeled after the character from the movie Wall-e. The sweater is easy to knit and features a fun textured stitch pattern. You will need approximately 400 yards of DK weight yarn to knit this project.
To begin, cast on 84 stitches using a center double-pointed needle. Work in stockinette stitch until the sweater measures 16 inches from the beginning of the round, ending with a k1, p1 row.
Next, decrease 8 stitches evenly spaced around the neckline by k2tog (this will be your collar). Place markers at these spots and continue working in stockinette stitch until the sweater measures 22 inches from the beginning of the round, ending with a k1, p1 row.
Next, work in Stockinette Stitch until you reach the end of your yarn. Cut yarn and thread through remaining stitches on needle. Pull tight to close hole. Weave in all ends
