Rob Lowe has finally tackled one of the most pressing questions of our time.
The 9-1-1: Lone Star actor recently shared a TikTok that left fans both laughing and wondering just how far he’d take the joke. In the video, Lowe sits in his car, reading a fan’s question from his phone.
“How many Lowe’s could Rob Lowe rob if Rob Lowe could rob Lowe’s?” he says, before the camera reveals he’s actually parked outside a Lowe’s store. He grins and adds, “Let’s find out.”
The video quickly cuts to Lowe sprinting away from the store, a large black duffle bag in hand. As he runs past the camera, he excitedly shouts, “At least one!” The camera follows him as he dashes across the parking lot, heading toward a David’s Bridal.
Fans of Lowe flooded the comments section with enthusiasm for the actor’s playful stunt, many pointing out the striking similarity to his upbeat and ultra-athletic Parks and Recreation character, Chris Traeger.
“This is such Chris Traeger energy,” one fan commented. Another joked, “You and Chris Traeger both have speed… but only Chris has Bumble-Flex.” (In a season 4 episode of Parks and Rec, Chris wears a special jogging shirt made of Bumble-Flex, a fictional fabric derived from synthetic bee wings, to chase down Leslie Knope.)

Another fan couldn’t help but compare Lowe’s carefree antics to his much more serious persona on Lone Star, simply asking, “Captain Strand, what are you doing?”
Some even encouraged him to keep going, with one fan writing, “Reach for the stars, Rob! Go for two Lowe’s!”
One commenter jokingly speculated on his whereabouts after the heist, saying, “Legend has it he’s still running.”
